Steinbach, MB. March 2, 2022 – The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Leanne Peters, Ed.D., to the permanent position of Assistant Superintendent of the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ.
Leanne brings 23 years of educational administration and teaching experience to her new position. She has held the position of Interim Assistant Superintendent of the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ since September 2020.
Before joining Hanover, Leanne held the position of Assistant Superintendent in the Sunrise School Division from 2018-2020 and Assistant Superintendent, Learning Support of the Lakeshore School Division from 2011-2018. Leanne served as a principal and teacher in the Rolling River School Division from 2004-2011 and taught in the Mountain View School Division from 1999-2004.
Leanne completed a Master of Education in Educational Administration in 2011 and a Doctor of Education in K-12 Leadership in 2019.
