HSD BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPOINT CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR FOR THE 2017-18 SCHOOL YEAR
Steinbach, MB. Sept. 5, 2017 – ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Board of Trustees have appointed Mr. Ron Falk as Chair and Mr. Rick Peters as Vice Chair for the upcoming 2017-18 school year. Selected by fellow trustees at the Board’s public meeting on Sept. 5, 2017, the Chair appointments are for a term of one year, and are effective immediately.
Mr. Falk represents Steinbach Ward 3. First elected as a trustee in 1992, he previously served as Board Chair for the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ from 2002-2008 and again from 2014 to present. Mr. Peters was elected as a trustee in 2014, and represents Grunthal Ward 4 South. He has served as Vice Chair of the Board from 2015 to present.
